In most cases, the ICE facility requires that, once a bond is posted, travel plans be submitted to the deportation officer. This can include securing a taxi to a bus or train station, as well as purchasing a bus or plane ticket to the detainee’s home city. We will assist in making these arrangements, if necessary. Each facility is different and has their own release requirements. Once the Request to Submit Bond is entered, we will determine what is required for travel and pass this information along to the person(s) posting the bond.
