An order of supervision bond is given when a detainee must adhere to a specific set of conditions. This may include meeting regularly with ICE representatives. While under an Order of Supervision Bond, the immigrant is free to live and work in the United States while their case is being decided. If the alien fails to adhere to set conditions of the Order of Supervision, or the alien fails to surrender for removal, the full amount of the bond will be due and payable by the obligor.
